Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner move to South Florida.
President Donald Trump’s daughter and son-in-law rent a luxury apartment in Arte from developer Alex Sapir from Antonio Citteria in Surfside, Wall Street Journal reported for the first time. The couple had their hands full picking up real estate in Florida as they plan their lives after leaving the White House.
They paid before the end of the year $ 32 million on the waterfront on the exclusive Indian Creek Island, about two miles from Arte.
Twelve-story unit with 16 units seaside building at 8955 Collins Avenue, was completed late last year. The project includes an outdoor pool, indoor pool, spa and fitness center, tennis court, lounge and air-conditioned parking.
Jared’s brother Joshua Kushner and his wife, a model Karlie Kloss, paid $ 23.5 million for the waterfront near Miami Beach.
Sapir has ties to Trump’s family: His father, the late Tamir Sapir and Bayrock, worked with Trump’s organization to Trump Soho.
Kupující at Trump Soho filed a federal lawsuit in 2011 against Bayrock and Sapir, alleging distorted sales figures. The developers settled the lawsuit and returned 90 percent of their deposits to buyers.
According to a 2017 joint investigation by WNYC, New Yorker and ProPublic, Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance also investigated whether Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump, Jr. falsely claimed by potential buyers about the sale of apartments on the site.
