Infamous TV presenter Matt Lauer has backed his North Haven assets back to the market for $ 44 million, according to the New York Post. He stated property of 6.2 acres for the same price last summer, but could not find a buyer. The estate, known as Strongheart Manor, is home to a 14,000-square-foot main building built in 1902. It has 12 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, half a dozen fireplaces, an art studio, a gym and a library. The property has a basketball court, gardens and a swimming pool. Overlooking the Peconic River, this property includes a 240-foot private docking station and a 300-foot waterfront. Lauer paid actor Richard Gere $ 36.5 million for the property in 2016.
