Phil Collins has found a buyer for his waterfront in Miami Beach.
Collins is waiting for the sale of his house at 5800 North Bay Road, states Realtor.com and other websites with listings. The 11-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion that once belonged to Jennifer Lopez appeared on the market in December for $ 40 million. The Mediterranean Revival, with an area of 10,769 square meters, built in 1929, lies on a plot of 1.2 acres. Court records show that both parties have agreed to a settlement that requires Orianne and Thomas Bates to leave the property by Thursday, January 21. Once they leave, the brokered agreement demands the rejection of the outstanding LLC claims against them.
Collins reportedly provided Orianne with a settlement of nearly $ 47 million when the couple divorced in 2008. Although Orianne remarried, Phil and Orianne reunited in 2016, before her recent marriage to Bates. Orianne, jewelry designer, own jewelry and spa of Orianne Collins in the design district.
