Bret Michaels of Poison closed a new house in Calabasas, a month after the singer sold his property to Westlake Village.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Michaels paid $ 4.8 million for his new half-acre property in the Oaks guard community in Calabasas.
The house itself has an area of 6,000 square meters and is modernly furnished with large windows, wide floors and mostly white furniture. At the back of the house opens a covered terrace and pool.
“When you walk in and look out of almost any window, you get a view of the whole valley almost to the ocean,” he told the Michaels Times.
Marc Shevin had the record with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Jordan Cohen and RE / Max One represented Michaels in the deal.
Michaels sold his house in Westlake Village for $ 4.5 million last month, five years after buying it for $ 3.5 million. His home and property were both larger than his new property in Calabasas. Michaels is known as the leading Jed, whose songs include “Something to Believe”, “Every Rose Has a Thorn” and “Fallen Angel.”
Michaels has previously lived in Calabasas and joined a number of personalities, including Drake, Khloe’s sister Kim Kardashian and her husband. Kanye West, as well as Will Smith and Miley Cyrus.
